I am an associate lecturer in CLASP at the Department of Philosophy, Linguistics and Theory of Science at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. I am also a member of the Centre for Language Technology.

My main interest is linguistic interaction, specifically how people use the resources provided by language in conversation to coordinate their understanding.  I am particularly interested in phenomena that are often considered to be outside the remit of linguistics, such as repair and compound contributions, which my PhD focused on.

Previously, I completed my PhD and was a post-doc with the Cognitive Science research group at Queen Mary University of London.
